Alberta "Toots" Manchester

Alberta "Toots" Manchester, 80, of Paducah passed away Monday, December 18, 2023 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Toots was born the daughter of the late Neil and Georgie Webb. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church in Paducah. Toots always looked forward to her daily game of Yahtzee. She loved her family dearly, which included her two Westies, Duke and Daisy. 

Toots is survived by her husband, Robert Manchester of Paducah; her son, Lauren "Quirt" Bronson Smith (Maria Mejia) of Ft. Worth, TX; one brother, Jimmy Dale Webb of KY; five sisters, Marsha G. Fair of IL, Estelle Wood of IL, Phyllis Mouiser of KY, Joyce Clanahan of IL, and Linda Smith of KY; three grandchildren, Julie Bowers (David) of Austin, TX, Bronson Smith of Pittsburg, PA, and John Hart (Stephanie) of Benton, KY; three great-grandchildren, Cora Bowers, Peter Bowers, and Mariam Hart; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Donald "Donnie" Ray Smith Jr.; and two brothers, Leon Daniels and Ricky Daniels.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
