Artie Ruby Wallis

Artie Ruby Wallis age 79 of Paducah passed away Saturday July 2, 2016 at 10:20 P.M. at the McCracken County Nursing and Rehab Center.

Mrs. Wallis was a native of Melber, Ky. She worked for Paducah Housing Authority. She was a member of the Park Avenue Baptist Church and the Women of the Moose. Surviving are her two daughters, Mary Nichols, and JoAnn Noles both of Paducah. Two sons, David Wallis and Danny Wallis both of Paducah. Two sisters, Jane Stice and Martha Darnell both of Paducah. Nineteen grandchildren, thirty six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn ( Whipy ), Daughter Doris Beavers, and son Mike Wallis. three sisters, Emma Moore, Norma Collins, and Dorothy Kirby. two brothers, Roy Nelson, William Nelson. Her parents were, Auza Nelson and Anna Mae Walters Nelson.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday July 5, 2016 at the Keeling Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Dale Harrel officiating. Burial will follow in the Owens Chapel Cemetery in Graves, County. Visitation will be held Monday July 4, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. at the Keeling Family funeral Home.
