Crystal Kay Diaz

Crystal Diaz, 48, of Paducah died Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Baptist Health Paducah.

She is survived by her husband, Tyler Rome of Paducah; her father, Rick Harmon of FL; one son, Cody Diaz of FL; three daughters, Autumn Coleman of Fulton, KY, Faith Diaz of FL, and Victoria Diaz of FL; two brothers, Todd Baker of Paducah, and Shawn Baker of Paducah; one sister, Wendy Turner of Paducah; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Penny Baker; one son, Christopher Turner; and one sister, April Baker.

No services are scheduled at this time.
