Darrell Abernathy

Darrell Abernathy, age 61 of Kevil died Wednesday, June 15, 2022.  He was born the son of the late Kenneth Abernathy and the late Letha Scott.  He was a car restoration enthusiast.  He loved racing, working on tractors, loved motorcycles, cattle and farming.  He attended Kevil First Baptist Church.

There are no services scheduled at this time.  Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his brother: Tony Abernathy (Dee Dee) of Texas, his sister: Bobbie  Winters of Kevil; and his aunts: Erna Rae Jett of Kevil, Shirley O'Donley of Paducah, and Ella Joe Moss (William) of Paducah.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother: Ray Abernathy.
