Geraldine "Geri" Treece

Geraldine "Geri" Treece, age 80 of Paducah died Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Baptist Health in Paducah.  She was born in Stockton, California in October of 1942.  She was the much loved daughter of the late Rex and Gertrude "Gerty" Willis.  Geri spent most of her life in California where she owned and operated a child daycare center in her home for over 25 years.

Geri enjoyed spending time with her family and visiting her friends whom she dearly missed.

A private burial will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery in Ledbetter.  Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her daughter: Gerae Lindsey (David) of Paducah; her two grandsons in California Donald and Anthony "Tye"; two great grandsons: Brant, and Andrew; four great granddaughters: Jada, Emma, Abigail, and Tavia; and her one great great grandson: Roman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years: Donald L.  Treece; her son: Rex Treece; her daughter: Rene Laniohan; her brother: Jeff Willis; and her great granddaughter: Dixie.
