Gracelynn Nicole Collins age 3 Months. Daughter of Brea Collins and Eddie Wallace both of Arlington, Ky. passed away Monday December 1, 2014 at the Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital in Nashville.

Also surviving are her Grand parents, Matt and Jennie Fletcher of Nashville, TN. Great Grand Parents, Donald and Candi Deweese of Paducah. Great Great Grand Mother, Eunice Taylor of Paducah

Friends may call from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at Keeling Family Funeral Home. Funeral and burial to be private.
