Jackie Rae Patti, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on March 28, 2024, surrounded by love at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah, Kentucky. Jackie was born on September 13, 1939, in Anchorage, Alaska, to the late Jack and Velma Carr.
Jackie led a life filled with compassion and a love for all living creatures. Her farm was a sanctuary where she nurtured various animals, especially her chickens. A devout member of Holy Spirit Ministries in Golconda, IL, Jackie's faith was an integral part of her life. She found solace and purpose in serving others through ministry work and engaging in Bible studies. Psalms 27:14 held a special place in her heart and guided her through life's challenges.
She is survived by her loving husband, John Patti of Golconda, IL; son, Jessie Carr (Cory Anne) of ID; three step-sons, Joshua A. Patti of IL, John J. Patti Jr. of IN, and Christopher D. Patti of IL; three daughters, Doris Bennett of IL, Donna Enfield of MN, and Kathy Burns of TX; step-daughter, Kymberly M. Patti of KY; three brothers, Thomas Carr (Suzanne) of NC, Donald Carr of CA, and Daniel Carr of CA; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her cherished fur baby, Little Bit.
In addition to her parents, Jackie was preceded in death by two grandchildren Matthew Enfield and Mariah Page. She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will be carried on by those who were fortunate enough to know her.
