James Everett Sharp

James Everett Sharp, age 75 of Ledbetter died Sunday, August 4, 2019 at Mercy Health - Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. He was born the son of the late Lydge Herbert Sharp and the late Bonnie Blankenship Sharp. He worked as a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 181 and was of the Baptist faith.

No services are scheduled at this time. Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Norma Sharp of Ledbetter; his son, James Sharp II (Catherine) of Birdsville; his brother, Roy Reed (Constance) of Paducah; his sister, Ella Smith of Smithland; and two grandchildren: Jacob Sharp of Birdsville and Jesse Sharp of Birdsville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Floyd Sharp.
