Jennifer Tinsley, 47 of Scottsville, Kentucky. Formerly of Paducah. Passed away 6:05 p.m. Monday February 11, at her home.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Willie Jo Brawley, of Paducah. One brother, James Moser, of Dyerburg, TN. One sister, Tara Robinson, of Paducah. Ms. Tinsley was proceeded in death by step – sister Melissa Rucker.
Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at Keeling Family Funeral Home. Memorial Services are planned for later date.
