Jewell Dorthea Burgess

Jewell Dorthea Burgess, 76, of Paducah died Monday, December 28, 2020 at Baptist Health Paducah. Jewell worked as a boat cook for Marquette Transportation Company.

Mrs. Burgess is survived by two sons, Charles Sharp of Paducah, and Chris Burgess of Paducah; one sister, Belinda Anderson; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter McKeever, and Dorothy Pulley Burton; one son, William Sharp; two daughters, Cynthia Whitley, and Bonnie Salyers; and two sisters, Marion Neil Steeley and Sandra Trimble.

Memorial services will be Friday, January 22, 2021 at 2:00pm at Keeling and Goodman Funeral Home.
