Joan Peavey Mitchell, age 93 of Paducah died Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Baptist Health in Paducah. She was born the daughter of the late L.H. Peavey and the late Elsie Anna Fender.
No services were held. Ms. Mitchell donated her body to medical research at the University of Tennessee. Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her son: Jay Hulet of Ocala, FL.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Robert Mitchell.
