Sunnie was one of the finest Eastern Star Sisters that I have ever known. Her smiling face will certainly be missed. I live in Lexington now,but lived in Paducah for 48 years. Heaven has certainly received a true Angel.

Sunnie Penrod was my great-aunt. She was always such a classy and intelligent lady. She was one of the Great Generation ladies and a remnant of a fading era. It is sad to see her go because she was family, and sad to see her go because she represented so much that was good.
