Khat Van Quan

Khat Van Quan passed away peacefully on July 14, 2026, at Mercy Health - Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. He was born on March 2, 1970. Khat was employed by New Asia in Lone Oak, Kentucky.

Khat is survived by his daughter, Phung Chieu Quan, and his mother, Binh Tieu Huynh along with three brothers and one sister.

In this time of mourning, his family honors the life Khat lived, reflecting on the moments shared and the love he freely gave. His spirit, kindness, and dedication to his family will always remain a guiding light to those who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed by those who loved him.

May Khat Van Quan rest in peace, surrounded by the enduring love of his family and friends.
