Philip Terry Crouch

Philip Terry ( Butch ) Crouch age 66 of Boaz passed away at 9:25 P.M. Tuesday June 5, 2013 at the Baptist Health Care in Paducah.

Mr. Crouch was a native of Canon City, Colorado, and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the 398th Bomb Group Memorial Association. Surviving is his daughter, Tracie Shook of Boaz, KY., his mother, Dorothy Pancake Crouch of Paducah. Two sisters, Carolyn Widmann of Indianapolis, IN. and Marilyn Gibb'Rice of Beck Row, England. One granddaughter, Briana Shook, two nieces and two nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father, James Crouch.

A Graveside Service will be held Saturday at 2:00 P.M. at the Mount Pisgah Church Cemetery in Boaz, KY. with  family members officiating. There will be no visitation.
